Terms of Service

This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the AayoApp platform, including any AayoApp website, mobile application, or related service (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Terms of Service Overview
This overview provides a summary of key points for convenience only. The full Terms of Service constitute the legally binding agreement. These Terms include important information about paid subscriptions, automatic renewals, limitations of liability, dispute resolution through arbitration, and class-action waivers, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, your account may be suspended or terminated.
2. Your Relationship with AayoApp
By using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AayoApp. Certain features of the Platform are paid and may be billed on a recurring basis unless auto-renewal is disabled or the subscription is cancelled.
3. AayoApp Groups, Organizers, and Members
Organizers may establish eligibility criteria for groups or events. Not every group is suitable for every member, and members are free to create their own groups subject to Platform policies.
Organizers may charge fees for memberships or events. All pricing, refunds, and cancellations must comply with applicable Indian consumer protection and e-commerce laws, including transparency and grievance requirements.
Use of the Platform may involve real-world interactions. AayoApp does not control offline events or interactions and encourages users to exercise good judgment and personal safety.
4. Your Content and Content of Others
“Content” includes any text, images, media, messages, or information you upload or share on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the Content you post and must ensure it complies with this Agreement and applicable laws.
AayoApp does not claim ownership of your Content. However, you grant AayoApp a license to use your Content as required to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Platform.
AayoApp does not routinely review Content before it is posted and is not responsible for Content shared by users. Content that violates these Terms may be reported and removed.
5. Our Platform
AayoApp strives to provide reliable access to the Platform, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Your use of the Platform is subject to the limitations of liability and dispute resolution terms described in this Agreement, as permitted by Indian law.
6. This Agreement
This Agreement includes these Terms of Service and all referenced policies, including Usage and Content Policies, Groups and Events Policies, Organizer Standards, Payment Policies, and API License Terms.
If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Revisions
AayoApp may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
7. Your Account and Membership
Eligibility
The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. Organizers may impose additional eligibility requirements for events or groups.
Account Suspension or Termination
AayoApp may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement, to protect the community, or as required by law. Moderators may also control access within their managed areas.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to abuse@aayoapp.com.
License to Use the Platform
Subject to compliance, AayoApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform features.
8. Fees, Payments, and Offers
Some Platform features are free, while others require payment. Fees are disclosed upfront and may change with prior notice. For Indian users, fees are charged in INR and may include applicable taxes.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days in accordance with Indian consumer laws.
Automatic Renewals and Free Trials
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. Trial periods, renewal terms, and pricing will be disclosed before purchase. Statutory refund or cooling-off rights under Indian law will be honored.
9. Your Content and Privacy
You remain responsible for the legality and ownership of your Content. You grant AayoApp a worldwide, royalty-free license to use Content for Platform operations and improvements.
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Dispute Resolution (India)
Informal Resolution
Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes within 30 business days before formal proceedings.
Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat and venue: New Delhi, India. Language: English.
Governing Law and Courts
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration, courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
