Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Aayo, we strive to provide our users with the best possible digital services and a smooth subscription experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where a user may wish to cancel a subscription or request a refund. This Refund & Cancellation Policy clearly outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be granted, the process of raising a refund request, the timeline of processing such requests, and the exceptions or limitations that apply.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only considered valid under the following circumstances:
- Accidental Purchase: If you have been mistakenly charged for a subscription or feature you did not intend to purchase.
- Technical Issues: In case the app fails to deliver the promised service due to a verified technical error from our side.
- Duplicate Transactions: If you are charged multiple times for the same service due to payment gateway or server error.
- Service Not Delivered: If the purchased feature or subscription is not activated within the promised timeframe despite successful payment.
Please note: Refunds are not issued for change of mind, unused services, or dissatisfaction without a genuine technical/service issue.
3. Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be raised within 7 to 14 days of the original purchase date. Any request raised beyond this period will not be considered eligible. This ensures fairness and allows us to verify transactions more effectively.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, you must follow the steps outlined below:
- Send an email to support@aayoapp.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Transaction ID]”.
- Clearly mention your registered email ID, transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund in the body of the email.
- Our support team will verify your request and may ask for additional details or screenshots if required.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within the specified timeline.
5. Refund Processing Time
After successful verification and approval, refunds will typically be processed within 7 to 14 working days. The exact duration may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, wallet, or payment gateway policies. We do not have control over delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and transactions are strictly non-refundable:
- Promotional credits, bonuses, or free trials once activated.
- One-time consumable services used within the app.
- Partial refund requests for partially used subscription plans.
- Refunds for dissatisfaction without a legitimate technical or service issue.
7. Cancellations
If you no longer wish to continue with your subscription, you may cancel it anytime via the app or by contacting our support team. However, cancellation of an active subscription does not automatically qualify for a refund unless it meets the eligibility conditions defined above.
8. Fraudulent Activities
In case of suspicious or fraudulent refund claims, Aayo reserves the right to deny such requests and take necessary legal action. Users attempting repeated false claims may also face permanent account suspension.
